Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our Business, Modern Fit, and Sport Coats & Blazers collections. If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, our returns process is as precise as our tailoring.

Important Exception: Due to their custom nature, all tuxedos marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items are eligible for returns within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging with protective garment bags

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email [email protected] with your order number and return request (see template below)
  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Prepare Package: Include the completed return form (sent with your order)
  4. Ship Your Return: Use the provided return label (return shipping fees may apply)

Exchange Process

For size/color exchanges:

  1. Follow the same initiation process as returns
  2. Specify your desired size/color in your request
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we receive the original

Refund Information

Upon receipt and inspection of your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Original payment method (credit cards via Visa/MasterCard/JCB or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs/duties fees are non-refundable. Please mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges.
